Robert Ade is the founder and president of Practical Concepts LLC.

Practical Concepts  Is a company with integrity and superior training.  Robert has over eighteen years of law enforcement experience,  a degree in criminal justice,  specialized training, six overseas deployments and seventy missions out of the country.  We put tactical to practical and we want to make you Prepared not Paranoid! Robert is experienced in CQC Close Quarters Combat, medical/tactical medical, weapons firing, Active Shooter Response, Anti-terrorism and Use of Force. He has gone to several specialized schools such as Raven, SERE, Designated Marksman and Combat Leadership. Robert is an expert shooter and has won several shooting competitions, including the Governors Twenty.  Robert has attended several leadership courses to help develop younger members of the military. He is a certified NRA instructor and brings to you a broad, comprehensive background in human relations, security administration and related activities with national and international experience. Practical Concepts offers many different courses from the beginner to the experienced person who wants to take their training to the tactical level. We offer basic pistol, basic riffle, tactical pistol, tactical riffle, active shooter response training, concealed carry, executive protection and much more!
